Christmas Deposit/Cancellation Terms & Conditions
We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and we will always try to accommodate a change of plan as much as we can. We hope that our terms and conditions offer clarity and transparency in the way we manage our reservations for our guests dining with us and large groups.
CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS 2021
Christmas menus will be available from 1st of December. All table reservations dining from our Christmas menus will be required to provide a £20 deposit per guest 10 days before. The total deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill.
On receiving the full deposit amount we will require your pre-order for all your guests. Pre-orders must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance of the booking. Please note that all guests in the party must dine from the Christmas menu.
Changes to guest numbers cannot be made when you pay the deposit. Deposits will be retained when cancellations are made within the 7 days of the of the reservation date.
Cancellation for COVID-19
If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 48hrs of arrival due to testing positive for COVID-19, we can cancel your booking or transfer your booking to another date before 13th February 2022 with no charge on receipt of a proof of a positive PCR test, however rates may differ between dates, and this will be subject to availability.
If we are forced to close our facilities due to regional or national COVID-19 restrictions, bookings will be transferred to a later date or cancelled at no charge.
